And here's what she wanted to know:
"What's that you're doin'?"
And you're thinking I said, "I'm lookin at the bliggity blogs of some of my friends."
But what I really said is this:
"I'm putting on eye cream."
What?
I know that's what you're thinking:
"What did she say? She's putting on eye cream?
I thought she said she was looking at blogs."
You see, dear Reader, here's how it rolls at my house:
It doesn't get done unless it's in my face or under my nose.
So...
let's back up one step.
You see, I have never in my life bought an eye cream.
In fact, I had never even bought a moisturizer for my face until about September of last year
but for some reason, just the other day, I looked in the mirror and I felt like an eye cream was in order.
Actually, I felt like I had an eye cream emergency on my hands.
So I bought some.
And just to make sure that I will actually remember to use it,
I left it next to my computer.
So fast forward to today.
When I told the baby I was putting on eye cream she asked me,
"Why?"
And I told her,
"I need it because I am getting old and it helps with wrinkles."
And then she looked very carefully at my eyes and thought a minute and said,
"Well, I hope you have more of that 'cause it's gonna take alot!"
